Ghouls, goblins, and ghosts... oh my! Dress your pet in their best costume and bring them to Huber Park for the 3rd Annual Spooky Pooch Parade. Enjoy entertainment, kids’ games and dog-related vendors offering canine-oriented goods and services. Kids are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes.
