1. May I register online or over the phone for programs and/or activities?

Online registration is available through RecDesk.

In-person:  Pick up a registration form at the Parks & Recreation office (7232 East Main Street) or on-line at www.reynoldsburg.gov and bring the completed form and payment to the Auditor’s office, Monday – Friday, 9am to 4pm.

By Mail: Mail your completed registration form and payment to: Reynoldsburg Parks and Recreation Department, 7232 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068.

Drop Box: Drop your payment and completed registration form in the drop box located at the flag pole at City Hall.

We cannot accept registration over the phone.

2. Are my games/activities cancelled for today?

Please call the Activity Status Hotline at 614-322-6834. The Hotline is updated at 4 pm. Monday through Friday and by 8 am on weekends.

3. Does the City have any shelters available for rental?

Facility/ Park reservations must be received 30 days prior to your schedule event effective June 1, 2021.

Gazebo at JFK: Parties of 40 patrons or less may reserve the Gazebo seven days a week (depending on availability).  Resident fee is $30.00, Non-Resident fee is $35.00.  Please note the Gazebo does not have water or electricity.  To reserve the Gazebo, please call the Parks and Recreation Department   at 614.322.6806.

4. How do I schedule a tour of the Livingston House? Can the Livingston House be rented?

To schedule a tour please call the Parks and Recreation Department at 614-322-6806. The house may be rented for adult parties of 20 or less. The rental fee is $50 up to 4 hours and $75 for 4 hours or more. Maximum of 8 hours.
