How do I obtain an alarm permit?

All residents with an alarm system are required to have a permit. There is a one-time fee of $25.00. The fee is waived for residents 62 years of age or older but they must file the permit.

Permit holders are allowed six false alarms during the first year they have their permit. Permit holders are allowed three false alarms each year following. The fee for a false alarm after these allowances is $25.00/per occurrence.
